dynamic reaction coaching

Conflicts, aggression, bullying and radicalization. The potential danger in our society is increasing. More and more frequently, we hear about aggressive, physical assaults. Both children and adults should learn to recognize dangerous situations early and to be able to solve conflicts calmly, without aggression and self-confidently.
My name is Christian Rothhaar and I have been practicing Chung Kuo Chuan Chinese Boxing Street Combat Survival for over 20 years. My calling is to help children and adults live a more confident and self-assured life. This is what I teach in my De-escalating Reaction Coaching.
My overall concept of Re-action Coaching helps people learn to bring more self-awareness, self-confidence and resilience into their everyday lives.  Of course, coaching participants should also become fitter and, most importantly, healthier. The most important part of the coaching is self-protection, however, to learn this you do not need any special athletic prerequisites. I adapt the coaching individually to the respective participants and their needs, so that everyone can learn the skills of self-defense/self-assertion. Against this background, the general well-being and self-esteem of the participants increase.
My goal is to impart something of inestimable value to the coaching participants: Resilience and the confidence to deal with difficult everyday situations with self-assurance. We live in a meritocracy. The demands on each individual continue to increase in school, at work and even in our free time, we are always expected to do our best. As a result, many people are stressed and feel overwhelmed. The self-esteem suffers under the constant pressure to always give the best. If problems such as bullying or physical attacks are added to this, one quickly finds oneself in an overload.  In my coaching I show ways to deal with this.
In difficult situations, resilience, the psychological resistance, helps us to stay calm. While some people are naturally able to handle stressful situations well and always stay calm, others get overwhelmed at a low stress level. This then manifests itself either in withdrawal, i.e. one withdraws from the situation that is overwhelming one, or in attack, which not infrequently expresses itself in physical but also verbal aggression. This is a natural reaction against which we are completely powerless after a certain point. Resilience can be learned. With the right training, you can learn to become more resilient and calm, and thus more resilient and successful. One way to do this is through the Asian martial arts.

How to become more successful through martial arts? I want the participants of my coaching to improve in all aspects of life. At school, at work, in everyday life and in social interaction. This is not about fighting per se. Of course I want my clients to be able to fight back. The knowledge alone is often enough to avoid physical confrontations. However, it is much more important to deal with oneself and to get to know one's own strengths. Only those who deal with themselves will find the way to true inner strength. De-escalation and violence prevention MUST always be in the foreground. Through security, which a good training will provide, you will be able to solve most conflicts without violence.
